Last updated: 25 September 2026. This policy explains which personal data we process when you use kubhaenterprises.com, buy a product or take a subscription.

Data we process
- Email address: to create and manage your account, send your sign-in link, link your subscription to you and keep a record of your orders.
- Order and subscription data: the products you bought, your plan, the payment status, the amount and the payment references we receive from Stripe, the single-use download link for a single purchase, and the download rights linked to your subscription.
- Technical data: your IP address is used to limit abuse, for example by rate limiting sign-in, checkout and download requests. For sign-in rate limiting we use a fingerprint derived from your IP address.
Stripe processes your card and payment details. We do not store your full card data.
Why we process it
- To perform the contract: selling products and subscriptions, delivering downloads and running your account.
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
- For our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing abuse.
Cookies
We only use cookies that are needed for the service to work. They are short-lived and cannot be read by scripts: one links your browser to a checkout for up to one hour, one to a download for up to fifteen minutes, one to a sign-in confirmation for up to ten minutes, and one keeps you signed in. Kubha Enterprises pages contain no analytics or advertising scripts.
Who processes your data for us
- Stripe: payments and the customer portal for subscriptions.
- Cloudflare: hosting of this site and of our order service (Workers), the database with accounts and orders (D1), storage of product files (R2), sending sign-in emails and rate limiting.
Stripe and Cloudflare are international providers and may process data outside the European Economic Area. You can ask us which safeguards apply.
How long we keep it
The email address on an order is kept for a configured period and is then marked for deletion. Your account data is kept while you have an account. Invoice and accounting records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy of your data in a portable format. You can also object to processing that is based on our legitimate interest. Send your request to info@neptox.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at www.aepd.es, or with the authority in your own country.
