Terms of sale

Who sells to you
The seller is Neptox Management SL, a company under Spanish law. Kubha Enterprises is the storefront brand of Neptox Management SL. Our company details appear on your invoice.

What we sell
Kubha Enterprises sells digital products, such as templates, workbooks, website and app templates and Office files. You can buy a single product once, or take a subscription that gives access to a set of products. Each product page shows what the product contains, who it is for and its format.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT. The price that applies is the one confirmed before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card data.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are paid in advance for the chosen period and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Starter: €9.90 per month or €95.04 per year, with access to 98 products.
- Pro: €15.99 per month or €153.50 per year, with access to 134 products.
- Studio: €39.99 per month or €383.90 per year, with access to all 174 original products; the 100 new expansion products are sold separately as one-time purchases.
The yearly price is 20% less than twelve monthly payments, rounded to the cent. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal, which you open with Abonnement beheren on your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund or prorate the remaining part of a period. Your access through the subscription runs until the end of that paid period.
Delivery, account and sign-in
When you buy a single product, the checkout result page gives you a private download link after your payment is confirmed. That page can issue the link only in the browser you paid with and within one hour of starting checkout. The link works for one download and expires 15 minutes after it is issued, so save the file when you download it. If the download does not work, contact us using the details above.
Products included in a subscription are delivered as private downloads in your Kubha account. You sign in with a link that we send to your email address, so no password is needed. What you can download in your account depends on your subscription plan and the product rights granted to your account. Single purchases are not added to your account library.
Licence
The licence stated on the product page or in the product file applies to that product. If a product states no licence, contact us before you use it beyond your own work.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right lapses once delivery starts, but only if you gave your prior express consent to immediate delivery within the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. If you did not give both, your right of withdrawal remains. To withdraw, contact us using the details above.
Applicable law and disputes
Spanish law applies to these terms. For business customers, the competent court is the court at the place of establishment of Neptox in Spain. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection that the mandatory law of your country gives you. You may also contact the competent consumer authority or a recognised dispute resolution body in your country.
